02Do you take on renovation projects in West Auckland?
Yes, including West Harbour, Hobsonville, Massey, Henderson, Te Atatu, New Lynn and Titirangi.
03Do you work on properties on Auckland's North Shore?
Yes, including Takapuna, Milford, Glenfield, Birkenhead, Albany, Browns Bay and Devonport.
04Do you renovate homes in Central Auckland suburbs like Ponsonby or Mt Eden?
Yes, including Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Mt Eden, Epsom, Sandringham, Remuera and Point Chevalier, where special-character rules are checked as needed.
05Do you cover East Auckland suburbs like Howick and Botany?
Yes, including Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Bucklands Beach, Flat Bush, East Tamaki and Half Moon Bay.
06Do you work in South Auckland suburbs like Manukau and Papatoetoe?
Yes, including Manukau, Papatoetoe, Mangere, Manurewa, Takanini and Papakura.
07Do you work on apartments or body-corporate properties?
We can, but body-corporate rules, shared services and access restrictions need to be checked early, as they can affect what work is possible and how it's scheduled.
08Do older character homes need special consideration?
Yes. Older villas and bungalows can involve undocumented alterations, dated services and, in some suburbs, special-character or heritage controls that should be checked before design decisions are made.
09Do you travel outside Auckland for renovation projects?
Our focus is Auckland-wide coverage. Contact us with your location and we can advise whether a project outside this area is feasible.
10How do I check if you cover my specific suburb?
Contact us with your address and we'll confirm availability. You can also see suburb examples on our areas we serve page.
11Do coastal properties need different materials or approaches?
Yes, coastal exposure can affect material choice and fixing specifications due to increased moisture and corrosion risk, which is factored into material selection.
12Do you take on projects on sloping or difficult-access sites?
Yes, though sloping or restricted-access sites need additional planning for delivery, protection and construction methodology, assessed as part of the site visit.
13Are there suburbs where consent or planning rules are stricter?
Yes, some Auckland suburbs have special-character, heritage or other planning overlays that affect what changes are permitted. These are property-specific and checked against official records.
14Can I request a site visit before committing to a quote?
Yes, a site assessment is usually the best way to get an accurate, reliable quotation, and can be arranged after an initial conversation about your project.
